TC Arsenal Travel Baseball Head Coaching Opportunity
The TC Arsenal travel baseball program is seeking candidates for a paid head coaching position for our 16U team. Ideal candidates would have 1+ years of collegiate baseball experience and/or 1+ years of coaching experience in scholastic baseball. The position entails leading ~10 weekly practices and coaching ~12 games and ~4-5 weekend tournaments between May 16 and August 12, 2025. Home games and practices will be held at Cass Park in Ithaca and Gutchess Complex in Cortland. The position pays $3750 plus a sufficient travel budget to cover away tournaments. This position is subject to a background check and reference check. Ithaca Baseball has been providing affordable opportunities for local area youth to participate in the game of baseball for over 30 years. Whether your child is looking to play casually in our recreational league or competitively with one of our traveling teams, you'll find our organization to be a great place for kids of all ages to learn new skills and meet new friends.

IYB has offerings for children 9 years old and younger during the Spring.

Cal Ripken
Kids ages 9-12 can play in the Cal Ripken division in the Spring, Summer & Fall.

Babe Ruth
Babe Ruth League runs during the Summer for children 13-16 years old.

TC Arsenal
Kids ages 9-16 can tryout for travel programs, which run from June - August.

We strive to make our league accessible and inclusive to any child who wants to play baseball. All are welcome and full and partial scholarships are available, including equipment. Carpooling is also supported.
