Cal Ripken Spring 2021 Season - Registration Now Open!

Ithaca Baseball is pleased to announce that registration for the spring 2021 Cal Ripken season (players age 9 to 12) is opening Febuary 1. Boys and Girls from throughout Tompkins County are encouraged to register. During the season, which takes place from April to June, players build and refine their fundamental skills while developing their understanding of game strategy and teamwork. Keeping baseball fun -- especially in the early stages of youth baseball -- is a primary goal.

The cost for the season is $155.00. Scholarships are available.

Evaluation.

New players to the Cal Ripken Ithaca program should click on the evaluation secion of the website. The purpose is to assess players’ skills and abilities in order to create equitable and balanced teams. Players who played in 2020 have already been evaluated.

COVID:

Cal Ripken league has practices and games outside at Cass Park at F8 and at Valentino (Bostiwck Road). The games are played interleague. We do not usully play teams outside of our program. There are COVID protocols that will be observed and shared through team coaches and managers with families before the beginning of play for the season.
